The newly minted love birds found their way back to their home land holding hands via Incheon International Airport after a month of
honeymoon European tour. The two look so much in love. They are even sporting the couple look. Why, their shoes are even matching! How cute is that! I bet they have tons of couple stuff; shirts, eye wear, rings, hoodies, mugs, and what not. They are in what we call the “honeymoon” stage so the real test is yet to come. I sincerely hope they last longer than other celeb couples (Lee Min Ho and Park Min Young) after reality sets in and their work pulls them apart.
They just look so perfect together and I swear you could almost hear birds chirping when they made their way through the airport amidst the buzzing paparazzi. I bet they are thanking their managers for giving them Goddess of Fire Jung Yi, where they met. It was a dud, true. But at least something good came out of it! It’s good that they got a chance to relax a bit and spend time together because we all know that right after, Kim Bum will be working on his projects in the mainland while Geun Young figures out what project to do next. I hope the media would just give them time to work on their relationship in private. But I guess, that’s like asking for the moon.
The 2013 APAN Star Awards was held on November 16th at Jeongsimhwa Cultural Center in Daejeon City hence its known locally as Dejeon Drama Festival.Lee Hwi Jae and Soyeon of T-Ara were the masters of ceremonies. The very successful ghost story romantic drama, “I Can Hear Your Voice” took home four major awards including Best Couple for its leads Lee Bo Young and Lee Jong Suk.
This is another one of the many awarding ceremonies in South Korea. Don’t they just love to hand out awards? Most of the major cities have their own drama or movie festivals. It’s probably they way of promoting tourism so can’t really blame them besides most of the people love to see some celebrities in their own turf. Not to mention each of the major broadcast networks have their own drama awards to boot. When you look at the list though, it’s a bit confusing. It seems like they want to accommodate everyone so they give out awards in “hierarchy” as I’d like to call it. So don’t get confused to see so many best actors and actresses. So, what’s the difference between a best actor from an excellent actor to an acting award for an actor? Confusing eh?! Beats me!

Considered as two of Korea’s most handsome men. Both are amazing actors. One is off the market sadly but the other is still a bachelor. Hooray for the ladies!
JANG DONG GUN for The Celebrity November
Already in his 40’s, married and a father, this hunk ‘s still got what it takes to make ladies swoon and a celebrity status others envy. No wonder he was tapped to grace the cover of The Celebrity‘s maiden issue.
KANG DONG WON for High Cut Vol. 112
He’s been absent from the limelight for almost two years, thanks to the mandatory military service. Yet he’s star has never shined brighter. Channeling the “bad boy” type he graces High Cut‘s October-November issue.
Stop the presses! Could this be? Is this real? My heart just jumped right out of my chest and my mouth went thud on the floor. They say that to see is to believe but sometimes pictures can lie. Right? The latest and probably the hottest dating rumor which is setting the net ablaze are Suzy and Sung Joon‘s “date-night” so to speak. Heck! I didn’t see this one coming. I know that they got close during filming of Gu Family Book but I didn’t realize that they actually hit it off that well!
Gu Family Book BTS
Suzy for me, has one of the most beautiful face in Korean entertainment and any guy would be so lucky to have her. Sung Joon is not your average pretty boy in my opinion. He’s got depth and character which I find appealing. Their agencies of course have denied this allegation in the hope to quash it before it takes flight. Oh well, too late for that now. From the looks of it, they look like they are good friends enjoying each other’s company. I kid! Okay shoot me! They look like a couple.
Nowadays, it’s getting harder and harder for celebrities to hide because even ordinary people have become papz. Just recently KARA’s Goo Hara and model actor Lee Soo Hyuk were snapped while out on a date and Infinite’s L and Na Eun made the gossip rounds as well. They never admit to any of this of course because they have their “images” to protect. But I see nothing wrong in this. They are but just people after all. And what’s wrong with dating? Oh all right, fans can be very possessive. I bet Suzy’s uncle fans are making threats to Sung Joon by now.
True or not, who’s to judge?
The 18th Busan International Film Festival (BIFF) kicked off today at the port city of South Korea. Stars from all over Asia gathered for the event which will last from October 3-12 and will screen a total of 301 films from all over the world.
The Bhutanese film “Vara: A Blessing” was selected among 300 films to be this year’s curtain raiser. Hongkong superstar Aaron Kwok serves as the master of the opening ceremony.
If there ever was a theme, it would be white. A handful of stars and starlets alike donned a variation of white gowns and many opted for sexy, sheer, lace and chiffon. Most of the stars’ choices are considered a safe choice. My personal favorite would have to be Han Hyo Joo‘s pink lace gown. She looked classy and radiant in it. Among the men the best dressed is hands down — T.O.P or Choi Seung Hyun. He is known for his avant garde fashion sense and today he could have given Mr. Bond a run for his money.

Dressing down is never easy. It takes more than just labels, it’s all about attitude. Casual, usually separates phoenix from pigeons.
This week on the (airport) runway.
Is this “too” casual or what? Who cares? Lee Bo Young has got her man anyway.

Lee Da Dae – not casual enough? Those shoes…I know!
Han Ji Hye — those boots says it all.
It’s the battle of the “missus“. Being a mistress does not stop these 2 from being sexy and glamorous.

A girl’s gotta wear what a girl’s gotta wear. Especially if you’re a celebrity, whether it’s just going to the store or meeting up friends for coffee. Everyone’s got their eyes on you. And nowadays there’s a fierce battle going on at the airport –when it comes to fashion the airport is a Runway.

Bae Soo Bin who is probably best known for his role in Brillliant Legacy/Shining Inheritance opposite Han Hyo Joo got hitched to his non-showbiz girlfriend, who is 8 years his junior at the Silla Hotel in Seoul this afternoon – September 14.
Some of his former co-stars and celebrity friends attended the affair including: Lee Byung Hun (minus Lee Min Jung) who got hitched not too long ago, Yoo Ji Tae (a fellow ’76 liner) plus wife actress Kim Hyo Jin, his 49 days co-star Jo Hyun Jae and others.
I bet sooner or later we’ll here news of other oppas getting hitched. I’m talking about Won Bin, Hyun Bin, Song Seung Hun, Jo In Sung (and those from their lines) and I’m pretty sure that tears would flow and hearts will be broken. But before them, Ji Sung and Lee Bo Young is up next.
Bae Soo Bin oppa was all smiles during the press conference even joking that he’ll be back after his honeymoon just in time before his new drama Secret/Secret Love 비밀 airs on September 25th on KBS.
